After sitting in the hospital for four days with my dying grandmother, I noticed a gap in end-of-life support, for the dying and their loved ones. 

My grandma's medical care was handled, but after receiving conflicting information, my family was left grieving, and now confused, too. Were we making the right choices and honoring her wishes?

These moment stayed with me and eventually led to the creation of Rest Easy. As a certified death doula, I offer practical, personalized support to help individuals and families navigate end-of-life with clarity and care. I believe that everyone deserves thoughtful, dignified support through life’s final chapter.

I empower clients as they make decisions about end-of-life. I want families to know what their loved ones wishes are. And I hope to make clients and their families more comfortable talking about and planning for death. 

I think in embracing our mortality, we learn to be more present in life, and what a beautiful gift that can be.
